Espanola, NM: Authorities were able to intervene in a suspected attempt by a man to solicit sexual relations with an underage girl, according to an investigation by the Bethany Police Department.
Juan Antonio Frazer, 28, whose address is listed as Espanola, New Mexico, was charged by Prosecuting Attorney Johnathan Meyer with a Class E felony of attempted statutory rape and a Class B misdemeanor of sexual misconduct.
