Inez L. Burton
Inez L. Burton, 95, passed away June 7, 2015 at Crestview Home, Bethany, MO.
Inez was born October 26, 1919 near Bethany, MO, the daughter of John and Loal M. (Nelson) Burton.
On August 16, 1941 she married Edwin R. Burton in Bethany, MO. He preceded her in death on December 12, 2009. She was also preceded in death by her parents; great-grandson, Clinton Starmer; 2 brothers, Francis and Everett Burton; and 1 sister, Elsie Russell.
She was a homemaker and farm wife and was a lifelong member of the Oakland Christian Church, Bethany, MO.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Sharon (Dewayne) Clark, Fairfax, MO and Dixie (Larry) Starmer, Martinsville, MO; grandchildren, David (Patty) Clark, Lesa (Paul) Gard, Steve (Debbie) Starmer, Danny (Sherry) Clark, and Mark (Tina) Starmer; 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Miriam Cemetery, Bethany, MO. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 Monday at the funeral home, where friends may call after 2:00 Monday.
