Tai Chi class to debut at Bethany’s Gym

Tai Chi, a graceful form of exercise dating back to 12th century China, will be offered in classes beginning on Monday, April 15, at the Bethany Community Gym.
Shila Callaway, one of the instructors in the class, said Tai Chi can be practiced by men and women of all ages, and it is particularly beneficial to persons 60 and older.
