Cainsville, MO: This unique smoker will be making an appearance during the Cainsville Heritage Day barbecue on Saturday, Oct. 6. Ed Stoklasa, a native of Cainsville who lives in Kansas City, built the locomotive smoker that is capable of barbecuing three whole hogs. He will be smoking beef brisket, pork and chicken the Heritage Day on the south side of the square. The American Legion will be serving from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 6.–Submitted photo
