Bethany, MO: A Kentucky man suspected of stealing a car was arrested early Wednesday morning after ramming Deputy Sheriff Kevin Lawson’s car during a police pursuit that ended on 39th Street in Bethany. No one was hurt in the incident.
Joshua D. Hemming, 28, of Dawson Springs, Ky., was charged with tampering in the first degree and resisting arrest. He is being held in Harrison County Jail on $50,000 bond.
