Bethany, MO: Phil Conger, publisher of the Bethany Republican-Clipper pictured to the left, received Paul Harris Fellowship recognition from visiting Rotary District 6040 Governor Kent Shelman at Thursday’s meeting at the Trullinger Senior Center.
