Rough weather ahead: Jessica Williams submitted the photo of storm clouds gathering over the midway during the 2019 fair. Little did we know that an even worse storm was on the horizon when the covid pandemic forced the cancellation of the 2020 fair. With the return of the fair in 2021, we are sponsoring a photo contest from those submitting the best pictures of this year’s fair. Details are below.
In honor of the return of the Northwest Missouri State Fair after last summer’s pandemic break, the Republican-Clipper will be sponsoring a photo contest of the best pictures taken at the 2021 fair.
The Clipper will be printing the best photos submitted by fairgoers during the first four days of the fair.
