Bethany, MO: The Bethany City Council was handed last week a preliminary budget of $13.7 million budget for the 2019 fiscal year which begins on Jan. 1, 2019.
City Administrator Jonne Slemons said the spending plan will be about $4.9 million less than the current year after the completion of the wastewater treatment plant and major street projects.
