Bethany, MO: The High School Scholar Bowl team won a series of victories throughout their season, securing a 5-2 record in conference play and finishing as the Conference Tournament runner-up. The team showcased their knowledge and quick thinking in several matches, including a commanding 280-120 win over Maysville. Their momentum continued with back-to-back wins of 390-120 against Brookfield and 340-200 against Milan. They maintained their winning streak with a 350-100 victory over Putnam County and a 280-170 triumph over Trenton. The team faced tough competition, suffering losses only to Polo and Marceline in conference play. Their hard work paid off in the Conference Tournament, where they battled to a second-place finish after falling to Marceline in the final match. The season concluded with an overall record of 7-3.
