Harrison County, MO: LeeAnn Miles was prohibited from engaging in any activity as Harrison County clerk under an order signed Friday by Circuit Judge Matthew Krohn.
Miles currently is in custody at the Daviess/DeKalb Jail on felony charges of stealing and the financial exploitation of an elderly person.
Judge Krohn acted on a suit by Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway to remove Miles from the county clerk’s office.
