Eagleville, MO: A small farm located just outside of Eagleville is striving to produce a big idea by approaching a centuries-old product with new ideas and new understandings. The farm belongs to Leif Ingsson, and the crop of his choice is honey, but Leif has chosen to buck tradition and return to an all-natural form of beekeeping. Leif is the son of Swedish immigrants and was born in Washington, D.C., but recently moved to the Eagleville area.–By Caleb Osmon
