Bethany, MO: A Bethany police officer who assisted Oklahoma residents involved in a car accident received praise during last week’s City Council meeting.
Officer William Quigley came to the aid of Scott Carr of Tulsa and two passengers in his car who were injured in a rollover accident on I-35 at the north Bethany city limits on Feb. 24. The accident was investigated by the Highway Patrol.
