Bethany, MO: The South Harrison Bulldogs high school football team is gearing up for the upcoming 2023-2024 football season. The boys have been hard at work getting up to speed for the Football Jamboree in Carrollton this Friday, where they’ll get a chance to showcase some of their skills on the field before their first official game of the season against East Buchanan on Friday, August 25. South Harrison’s head coach, Chris Schoning, stated that there are 30 kids out for the team this year, with ten returning starters from last year. Braxton Booth, Jared Eivins, Briar Hudlemeyer, Cooper Johnson, Crae Coffey, and Joel McCall are this year’s captains.–Republican Clipper photo, Brady Sunderland
