Nancy Carol Hazen, 74 (formerly of Bethany, MO) passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph, MO.
She was born May 19, 1941 in Colorado Springs, CO the daughter of Glen Herbert and Helen Amelia (Hall) DeHart. They preceded her in death.
On May 29, 1958 she married Russell D. Hazen in Kansas City, MO. Nancy then worked as a school teacher. Russell preceded her in death on June 7, 1993.
Survivors include sister, Barbara Proctor, Pueblo West, CO; brother, Lance (Dorothy) DeHart, Canyon City, CO; niece, Shawn Borrego, Canyon City, CO; and great nephews, Dillon and Trace Borrego, Grand Junction, CO.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 4 in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Blythedale, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO.
