Bethany, MO: Lois Nadine Moore, 89, Bethany, MO passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at a Kansas City, MO nursing home.
She was born on January 31, 1930 in Bethany, Missouri the daughter of James Leander and Ollie May (Bennett) Beaver.
On November 8, 1946 she married Samuel F. Moore in Kansas City, Kansas. He preceded her in death.
Lois was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Bethany. She loved reading and decorating and celebrating for Christmas.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Gladys Marie Beaver, Dorothy M. Butler and Betty Buford; grandson, Nathan Todd Moore; half-sister, Violet Kirk and a half-brother, Garland Beaver.
Lois is survived by her daughters, Priscilla White, Leawood, KS and Barbara Gordillo, Omaha, NE; sons, Terry (Brenda) Moore, Pattonsburg, MO, Jim (Janice) Moore, Shawnee, KS and Scott (Lori) Moore, New Hampton, MO; 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, and nieces, Mary, Patty and Billie.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 9 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Weaver Chapel Cemetery, Hatfield, MO. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
