He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jose is survived by his caregiver, Brenda Rosa, of the home; sisters, Dee De, Coamo, Puerto, Rico, Ida and Dominga both of Rochester, NY; brothers, Edguato, Rochester, NY and Leonard, Coamo, Puerto Rico; stepsons, Timmy and Tommy Smith and grandsons, Roy and Ray Smith.
Jose has been cremated under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. There are no scheduled services. Inurnment at Zoar Cemetery, Cainsville, MO will be held at a later date.
