Joe Pat McBee, 74, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at his home in Grandview, MO.
He was born September 5, 1941 in Tallahassee, OK the son of Pat and Lorene (Houze) McBee. They preceded him in death.
On November 4, 1962 he married Martha Ann Still in Mt. Moriah, MO. She survives at home.
Joe served in the United States Army from 1966 to 1969. He then became a printing press operator for Hallmark Cards where he worked for 47 years. Joe’s hobbies included woodworking and bicycling.
Survivors in addition to his wife, Martha, include, brother, Mark Larez, TX; sister, Alice Marie (Oscar) McNiel, Salem, MO; step-father, Rudy Larez, Eddington, Maine; brother-in-law, Orville (Candy)Still; sister-in-law, Carol (Bernard) Vogel; 9 nieces and nephews and other friends and family.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 5 in Lloyd Cemetery, Mt. Moriah, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. The family will receive friends from noon to 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO.
