George William “Bill” Pierson, Sr. , 83, of Bethany, MO joined family and friends in heaven on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Liberty hospital , Liberty, MO.
Bill was born on March 5, 1935 in Harrison County, MO to Anna Elizabeth (Cook) and Benjamin R. Pierson. Bill was the next to the youngest of his 8 siblings.
Bill was the Owner of Pierson Electronics in Bethany, MO. He provided television repair and sales services to Bethany and the surrounding areas for many years. After retirement Bill enjoyed golfing and traveling with friends and family.
Survived by his children Billee Fordyce, Francie (John)Burgess, James (Trish) Pierson; Step Children, Darlene (Dan) Baker, Buddy (Kim) Boger; Danny Boger; 16 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Jeannie, son’s George and Jeff, daughter Judith. Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at First United Church of Bethany, Bethany, MO. 64424
