The Bethany 10th Street walking bridge over Big Creek will be upgraded under a plan approved by the City Council last week. The bridge will get new fencing and LED lights mounted on poles. Trees at the West Main Street entrance will be trimmed and brush cleared to give the bridge more visibility. The walkway provides access to the West End Park.
