The ceremony took place precisely at 11 a.m. Saturday morning to correspond with other wreath observances across the country. Placing the wreaths were, from left to right: Brenda Clark, Army; Rand Slama, Marines; Don Craig, Navy; Dale Gentry, Air Force; Dick Graner, Coast Guard; Barry Jones, Merchant Marines, and Terry Osmon, POW/MIA. Ann Graner of the Bethany American Legion Auxiliary was the narrator. Others taking part in the ceremony were Kiera Shelby, who sang the Star Spangled Banner and Mike O’Neal, Taps.
