Stratton is appointed to command Troop H – Bethany Republican-Clipper

**Bethany native promoted:** Clark Stratton, a 1985 South Harrison graduate, was promoted to capitain in the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He will command Troop H in St. Joseph.

Clark Stratton, who grew up wanting to be a law enforcement officer as a youngster in Bethany, achieved a lifelong dream when he was promoted to be the commanding officer of the Highway Patrol’s Troop H in St. Joseph.
