Bethany, MO: A St. Louis couple has taken on a project to renovate the old Hope Royale Hotel and Restaurant in Bethany.
Thomas Howard, who recently retired from a computer business to begin a cooking vocation, explained the plans for the conversion of the hotel building during Thursday morning’s Chamber Coffee at Sweet Baby Bs.
