The South Harrison school board approved a number of capital projects to be carried out this summer in the school district at Monday night’s meeting in the high school library.
Superintendent Dennis Eastin presented a long list of school improvements totaling over $300,000. The top priority, he said, is to improve the fire suppression system in the kitchen at the elementary school. He said the current system is out of date and needs to be replaced.
