The recent warm weather enabled the contractor to lay the brick front of the South Harrison Middle School. The Lawhon Construction Company of St. Joseph is the primary contractor on the 26,000-square-foot building. Workers were installing the gymnasium roof and dry wall in the interior of the building this week. There will be a corridor connecting the middle school with the main building. The school is projected to be completed by the opening of school next fall.
