An Eagleville man facing trial on child molestation and rape charges faces additional charges of attempting to threaten a witness in the case.
Prosecuting Attorney Johnathan Meyer charged Michael J. Welling, 42, who previously had lived in Hatfield, with a Class D felony of tampering with a witness.
