Randy Mann will return to former Bethany council seat

Randy Mann married his wife Elshana in 1989. They have four children and four grandchildren. For the past 16 years he has been the internet administrator for GRM Networks. He served as the Westward alderman in the past. He said the board was able to “accomplish many things and overcome big hurdles” during that period.

Randy Mann will be unopposed in Tuesday’s Bethany municipal election. He will be returning to his former Westward council seat.
