Bethany, MO: A livestock scale was dedicated to the Northwest Missouri State Fairâs livestock department in memory of Glenn Dean âDocâ Windom,âD.VM., a supporter of the livestock show for many years. The scale was provided by Doc Windomâs memorial money, which had been donated to the NW Missouri State Fair Board and livestock committee.
