TRUSTEE’S
SALE

For default in payment of the debt and performance of the obligations secured by deed of trust executed by Daniel L. Lane and Diana M. Lane, husband and wife, dated November 23, 2005, recorded in Book 633 at Page 145, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Harrison County, Missouri, at Bethany, the undersigned Substitute Trustee, duly appointed by written appointment recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Harrison County, Missouri in Book 701 at Page 25, will at the request of the holder of said debt, on Friday, June 3, 2016, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., particularly at  2:00 p.m., at the south front door of the County Courthouse in Harrison County, Missouri, at Bethany, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the real property described in deed of trust, to-wit:

TRACT I: All of a tract of land being the South one-third (1/3) of the South Half of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-four (24);  Also a tract of land being the North one-third (1/3) of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-five (25), all in Township Sixty-six (66), of Range Twenty-six (26).

TRACT II: The Southeast Fourth of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23 lying South of Grand River;  Also that part of the Northeast Fourth of the Southeast Quarter lying South and East of Grand River in Section 23; And also Thirty-five (35) acres the Northeast Fourth of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, All in Township 66, Range 26.

TRACT III: The South Half of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-six (26);  All that part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter lying East of Grand River of Section Thirty-five (35); and the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35); and the East ten (10) acres of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35), all in Township Sixty-six (66), Range Twenty-six (26).

TRACT V:  All of the South Twelve and Sixty-five One Hundredths (12.65) acres of the Northeast Fourth (1/4) of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Sixty-six (66), Range Twenty-six (26), except the West 4 acres thereof; Four (4) acres in the Southwest corner of the Northeast Fourth of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-six (36); Also the North 9 acres of the Southwest Fourth of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-six; The South Thirty-one (31) acres of the Southwest Fourth of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-six (36); And the Southeast Fourth of the Southwest Quarter all in Section Thirty-six (36), Township Sixty-six (66), Range Twenty-six (26), excepting therefrom all that part of the South Ten (10) acres of the Southeast Fourth of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Sixty-six (66), Range Twenty-six (26), more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the said South 10 acres, thence West Four Hundred Fifteen (415) feet to the true point of beginning, thence North Two Hundred Fifty-six (256) feet; thence West Two Hundred Fifty-six (256) feet; thence South Two Hundred Fifty-six (256) feet; thence East Two Hundred Fifty-six (256) feet to the true point of beginning.

TRACT VI:  The West Half of the Southeast Fourth of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36;  The East Half of the Southwest Fourth of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36; The West Half of the Northeast Fourth of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36; the East Half of the Northwest Fourth of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36; the Southwest Fourth of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36 Except the West 2 ¾ acres thereof, and further excepting the South 44 rods of the East 10 rods thereof, and further excepting 3 acre cemetery out of the Northwest part thereof as the same is now located, all in Township 66 Range 26 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian;
