Damian Lee Kinder, son of Travis Kinder, Eagleville, Mo., and Kristie (Kienest) Sibell from Bethany, Mo., attended boot camp at the Navy Recruit Training Command in Chicago, Ill., from February to April 2017. He attended navy “A” school in Pensacola, Fla., after graduation where he studied his rate (job) to be an aviation electrician. After successful completion, he proceeded to Navy C-School (job training) where he furthered his knowledge of helicopters. Throughout 2018, Airman Kinder has been serving on the USS Ronald Ragan (CVN-76) and stationed in Atsugi, Japan, as an E-3 Seaman working on MH-60S helicopters. He was able to return to the area for Christmas and spend some quality time with family. His family is very proud of his accomplishments and contributions.
