The fishing tackle is waiting for more than 100 kids expected to attend the third annual Kids’ Fishing Day on Saturday, May 18, at the Harrison County Lake.
The children from across the county have been invited to attend the fishing event sponsored by the Department of Conservation and area law enforcement agencies from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Some 119 children attended last year’s event and the sponsors have fishing poles and lures ready for 150 kids this year.
