Harrison County, MO: The Harrison County Commission proclaimed the week of Sept. 28 to October 24 as Good Neighbor Week in Harrison County. Presiding Commissioner Jack Hodge handled the proclamation to Susie Rollheiser at the ceremony in the lobby of the courthouse.
