Bethany, MO: When the VFW and American Legion posts hold memorial services later this month in front of hundreds of flags representing the graves of veterans buried at Miriam Cemetery, the surviving members of one family and friends will be remembering that one of the graves isn’t occupied.–By Phil Conger
