Ellen Marie Provin, was born October 26, 1934 to Homer and Beatrice Elliott Polley in Brimson, Mo. She passed away May 16, 2020 at a nursing home in Sapulpa, Okla.
She graduated from South Harrison High School in 1952.
Survivors: husband, Gene of the home; two daughters, Teresa (Keith) Irwin, Janesa (Marty) Lademann, son, Jeff (Rachel) Provin all of Oklahoma; sister, Elaine Barber, Waldron, Mo.; sister-in-law, Pat (Kenny) Hall, Bethany, Mo.; sister-in-law, Jane Ann Polley, Bethany, Mo, 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
Ellen was preceded in death by her parents, brother, infant brother, father, mother-in-law and brother-in-law.
Memorials in Ellen’s name to the Building Fund, First Baptist Church Broken Arrow, 100 W Albany, Broken Arrow, Okla. 74012.
Funeral services were May 21, 2020.
