Brendan Hemenway, a 2020 graduate of South Harrison, recently received the Arthur M. and Berdena King Eagle Scout Scholarship sponsored by the William C. Corum Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution in Liberty, Mo. The award was determined by school and community activities, including Brendan’s Eagle project—repairing four picnic benches at the Bethany City Lake, preparing a four-generation ancestral chart and an patriotic essay.
