Dunn Ranch sends bison to Wyoming reservation

Home on the range: A Dunn Ranch-raised bison leaps out the back of a stock truck while being transferred to the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming. Some 47 head of bison were sent to the reservation as part of a restoration program in Native American lands.

Hatfield, MO: Bison from the Nature Conservancy’s Dunn Ranch near Hatfield were shipped this fall to a reservation in Wyoming as part of a mission to restore these animals back to the Indigenous communities.
