Zachary Offield, 19, Bethany, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance following a drug bust with a confidential informant April 19.
Offield was busted selling $200.00 worth of marijuana to the informant. The money was photographed after the sale was completed and taken from the defendant once in custody.
Offield’s initial arraignment is scheduled for May 1 at the Harrison County Circuit Court.
