County, NTA still at odds on 911 contract

Bethany, MO: A potential breakthrough on the delayed 911 agreement between NTA and Harrison County was signaled when NTA officials said at their board meeting Wednesday night that they had voluntarily started making monthly payments for dispatching services without a signed contract between the two parties for 2022.
