The City Hall has been plagued recently by back-ups in the sewer line that lies underneath the floor of the building. PeopleService has run a camera down the line to find the source of the trouble. But city officials are attempting to find a way to repair the line without damaging the floor and walls that would be an expensive disruption at City Hall.
