Dirt work began last week on the new sidewalk along 39th Street that will connect with Bulldog Avenue. The sidewalk is being built under MoDOT’s Transportation Alternative Program, formerly known as Safe Routes to Schools. Bethany received a matching grant for the pedestrian link to the South Harrison campus.
