Bethany, MO: This month, multiple towns throughout the area have been at odds with the United States Postal Service after bills were delayed by about two weeks. Various businesses reported mailing their billing out on time, some even early, before the end of January, but most people reported receiving their bills as late as Saturday, February 10.
