The city of Bethany will extend its summer street improvement program into a fourth year with the announcement that 20 streets will be on the resurfacing list for 2019.
City Administrator Jake Taylor said the project list will depend upon bids from contractors. Some streets might have to be removed from the list if bids are too high.
