Javier Jincks stands next to the free library he built for the community. The premise works like other library boxes found in other cities, a person can retrieve a book to read and keep or deposit a book to pass on a fan favorite. Jincks proved his point when he said all books were welcomed as he holds three newly donated comic books for the box stationed at the Memorial Park in Bethany.
