Estes: Levy increase would address budget challenge

Bethany, MO: South Harrison’s proposition C.A.R.E., which calls for a 75-cent levy increase, would help the district address a decline in school funding and help meet higher operating costs, Superintendent Michael Estes said last Thursday in a talk to the Bethany Rotary Club.
