Bethany, MO: The City Council took another step in rewriting the dog ordinances in Bethany during a special meeting last Tuesday night. Two city council members, two enforcement officers, the city administrator, the city lawyer, and two members of the public, who were asked by the city to help weigh in on the coming changes, gathered into the council room at city hall to once again go over the details of the new ordinances.
