A fireman crawls through a restricting tube during confined space training. The pipe’s width required the fireman to remove his pack supply and push the bottle in front of him to exit the tube. Since the city council allowed the local fire department to aid in “rescue” type operation in and out of Bethany, the firemen had started to scale up their training.
