Curtis Lee Briggs, 74, of Independence, MO passed away April 15th, 2016, peacefully in his sleep. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 23rd, 2016 at 10:00 am at Charter Funerals, 5000 Blue Ridge Cutoff, Kansas City, MO 64133.
