Bethany, MO: A walk bridge was set on the concrete blocks for the Israel property over a low water crossing. The Harrison County Bridge Crew used their equipment to help set it with personnel from the Bethany Street Department and Building Inspector Norman Newlin assisting. The Harrison County Commissioners donated the bridge earlier this year and the City had it narrowed and painted. It will eventually be used for the planned walking paths that will connect the ball fields, high school and the new hospital on the Israel property grounds when funding becomes available in the next few years.–Submitted photo, Norman Newlin.
