Bethany, MO: The Harrison County Historical Society’s museum, across the street from Bethany Building Center on West Main Street, will be sold to Bernard Real Estate LLC, under a decision made last Thursday at the society’s monthly meeting. The museum was open on only rare occasions since the building was purchased several years ago by the Historical Society. The historical society accepted a $40,000 offer by the real estate firm, the same amount that the organization originally paid for the building. The historical society will continue to display its collections at the Edna Cuddy House and the warehouse on West Main.–Republican-Clipper photo
