Bethany, MO: City of Bethany administrator Jake Taylor has had the Allen Park fountain is set up for the summer season. The statue has been repainted and the fountain itself has been dyed a deep blue color. The rose beds around the fountain have begun to bloom recently, giving the park a pleasant and clean look.
