Bethany, MO: Dustin Fortner of Bethany was acquitted of child molestation Wednesday following a three-day trial in Harrison County Circuit Court.
The 12-member jury deliberated for 5½ hours before returning a verdict of not guilty in a case that originated in 2019.The jury delivered its verdict at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night after the state and defense presented their cases.
